01Order Processing

ELECALL processes orders after payment has been successfully received or the order has otherwise been confirmed in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Order processing time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, and other factors. Products requiring special preparation or customization may require additional processing time.

If there is a significant delay in processing an order, ELECALL will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

02Shipping Methods

ELECALL offers shipping options based on product characteristics, destination, order size, and customer requirements. Available shipping methods may include international express delivery, air freight, sea freight, or other suitable transportation services.

The shipping method for each order will be determined based on the applicable arrangements confirmed at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

For bulk orders, industrial equipment, or special products, customers may contact ELECALL to discuss suitable shipping arrangements.

03Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, shipment weight and dimensions, selected shipping method, order quantity, and applicable carrier charges.

Any shipping fees charged by ELECALL will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is finalized, as applicable.

Additional charges imposed by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties may not be included in the original shipping quote.

04Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance procedures, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond ELECALL's reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe provided by ELECALL is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, public holidays, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ELECALL will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in obtaining shipment updates when delays occur.

05International Shipping, Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order confirmation or agreed in writing, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into the destination country or region and for providing any information or documentation reasonably required for customs clearance.

Customs clearance requirements and processing times vary by destination and are outside ELECALL's direct control.

06Shipment Tracking

Where tracking information is available, ELECALL or the relevant carrier may provide a tracking number or shipment status update after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become available or update in the carrier's system.

Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment progress using the tracking information provided. If tracking information is unavailable or a shipment appears to be delayed, customers may contact ELECALL for assistance.

07Shipping Address and Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and any other details required by the carrier.

ELECALL cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the customer.

If a shipping address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, customers should contact ELECALL as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched or accepted by the carrier.

Additional costs resulting from address changes, failed delivery attempts, or reshipment may be charged to the customer where applicable and permitted by law.

08Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives with visible damage, customers should contact ELECALL and provide the relevant order number, tracking information, and supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.

ELECALL will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the shipping carrier and assist in investigating the issue.

Where a shipment arrives damaged, customers are encouraged to retain the original packaging and document the damage before discarding any packaging materials.

Any resolution, including replacement, refund, or other remedies, will be assessed in accordance with the applicable order terms, ELECALL's relevant policies, carrier procedures, and applicable law.

09Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond ELECALL's reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier service interruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, ELECALL will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates and assist with available shipping arrangements.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
